Séet ká

Séet ká: (Petersburg): séet is pronounced identically to English “seat” (what one sits on); ká is like English “cut”, “come”, but without the final consonant. The emphasis of this word lands on the last syllable: seet-KÁ.

Sheet´ká: (Sitka): Sheet is just like above, like “seat”. Ka also like above. The accent is on the first syllable – sheet.
